Biomass Gasifier
Technology Introduction
The output of biomass resources in China is about 3.5 billion t/y, which is dominated by agricultural and forestry biomass. At present, it is based on direct-fired power generation. With the reduction of national subsidies, biomass gasification heating technology is more and more widely applied, which is suitable for small-scale decentralized heating in towns and industrial parks. Biomass first undergoes gasification reaction in a gasifier to produce combustible gas, tar and biochar. Combustible gas and tar are sent to a gas-fired boiler for burning and heating through a gas fan, and biochar can be sold as soil conditioner, fertilizer and the like. The flue gas after combustion can meet the ultra-low emission requirements (particle <10mg/Nm3, SO2<35mg/Nm3, NOx<50mg/Nm3) after being denitrated by medium temperature SCR, economizer, air preheater and bag dust collector.
